Our organization is engaged in manufacturing a wide range of Anesthesia Machine: Medicare Alpha that is designed to fulfill the different needs of the anesthesia doctors. These machines are widely used across the hospitals and known for their sturdy construction, resistance against abrasion and durability.

  • Rigid powder coated MS/SS tubular structure on wheels with break
  • One drawer
  • Oxygen nitrous oxide rotameter 230 mm long calibrated against soap bubble meter
  • Pin indexed gas specific yokes with SS bar clamp
  • 2.5 inches pressure gauge 2 each for oxygen and nitrous oxide
  • Overhead monitor shelf
  • Common gas outlet with emergency oxygen flush (35 L/min) and patient safety
  • Blow-off valve
  • Forged regulator 2 each for oxygen and nitrous oxide
  • Provision for circle absorber attachment
  • Non return cum blow-off bulb to save the vaporizer and rotameter from back pressure

Safety features:

  • Oxygen driven nitrous oxide regulator: Ensures zero nitrous oxide flow in case of oxygen failure.
  • Hypoxia guard with rotameter (optional accessory) ensures minimum oxygen flow of 21 % to 30% to the patient. This considerably reduces the chance of hypoxia.
  • Gas specific pin indexed avoid yoke and other connections avoids chances of accidental mix-up
  • Oxygen failure alarm
  • Luminous black plate for rotameter
